If their lsd is a locker I may go with that.

My auburn was burnt up in a few weeks.

    I can’t afford an Arb.

They don’t make a Detroit or a spool.

So if I have to, I’ll make a spool.

So not only poor mans way, but also desperate;)

I think 35’s you get back stock power with 4.88 but not 100%sure.

    2 rules of thumb:

    1. Choose the gearset that brings the tire size back to stock, then go one step more aggressive to compensate for the weight of the new tires.

    2. 4.56 brings 33’s back to stock. 4.88 brings 35’s back to stock. 5.29 brings 37’s back to stock.

Given the above set of rules you would run:

    4.88 on 33’s
    5.29 on 35’s
    5.88 on 37’s

I’m running 4.88 on 33’s and it works fantastic!! But I wanna try 5.29

Only issues with goin too steep is you may bounce off the rev limiter between shifts. And excessive rpm on the highway.

It gets rid of the differential. Locks the two axles together permanently.

Good and bad. Defjjjtely wears tires way faster. Drifts bad in rain and snow.

Not for everyone. But definitely for me!!
