I'm not a tech but might be able to help. What are you needing to know?

I dumped them. Tired of their random rate hikes. I went with Xfinity. Tied the cable, (all movie channels) phone, internet, and alarm into one bill. It worked out to be a better deal by dumping ADTs alarm and doing a package deal with a better alarm system with more technology while ADT wants more for tech that Xfinity already has built in.
