Thanks Warren, believe me, that thought has crossed my mind, then the wife chimes in... All I hear is Charlie Browns parents talking, Whomp, whomp, whomp, waaa!

LOL.. The only reason I get away with it 'cause I'm still building our house. I buy the new bumper and build her a coat closet..... Waiting for the ARB locker, then I'll finish her kitchen cabinet doors. lol

@joonbug for your jerry can mount, is it just the 4 bolts through the bottom or did you do something on the side also? I would think that shock and vibration offroading would be a problem if it is just the bottom bolts. I'm trying to decide if I want to order a couple of them.

Just the 4 bolts. Never even had a second thought about them. They seem to be pretty damn solid. Only problem is that I can't use my cargo bar anymore.

You know, it might be a better location at the front of the bed, near the cab. Think about where you want to mount it. I couldn't put it up front because of my tonneau box.

I was thinking it might be fun to swing by for a little bit and marvel at your skills. Plus I need to hand off some lights to @16tunterd . Is there room and would you mind?

In the front of the bed does sound like a better idea, but I was thinking about getting a storage locker for up there. Not knowing how wide that will end up being, I don't want to screw up that idea. Plus when you have load and unload the jerry cans, especially when they are full, you will be happy having them be at the back.

Let me know if you remember what exactly you used, also those rubber things that you used. Otherwise, I'll just head to Home Depot after I get them and buy an assortment.

They were just rubber furniture feet. Oh yeah, also needed a few washers underneath the mount as the floor of the bed wasn't even. I bought a pack of plastic spacer things. I'll try to find them when I get home.
