On the new instrument cluster, what are the features on it? such as, my '14 has the fuel range, instant economy, average economy, outside temp, average speed... does the '18 have any extra features like my wife's 4runner? Digital Speedometer? Hour meter? Anything new? Looking to pull the trigger on a Blazing Blue Pearl TRD Sport CM 4x4.

Digital speedo, trip mileage/time/etc., lane departure warning and radar, fuel eco. Still learning all the functions. I can go try to make a full list if no one else chimes in.

I traded my 14 in on my 18. You'll be happy with the updates. Get one.

Just a caution on an '18. Some dealers won't do lifts or leveling due to the PCS radar/sensors. If you DYI, or have it done somewhere else, won't be an issue. I made an appointment for a leveling on mine at the dealership, and was contacted the day before that Toyota won't do these yet. However, you'll see postings where folks have done this with no issues, and even some dealers HAVE done them. Inconsistent.

You can go the Toyota Owners site and download the manual for the 2018 Tundra, it shows everything in great detail (including images) about the new cluster layout.

I have been looking for that for 2 days. I knew there was a PDF somewhere but couldn't remember where. That was a huge help.

You are welcome. Some of the display pages are also programmable with output data you like to see.

Also, after re-reading my reply it could come across as being smart a$$, that was not my intent.

I took it the way it was intended. I wish you wouldn't have told me though. I spent several hours reading through it. Haha

I pulled the trigger yesterday. 14 for an 18. Why the hell did Toyota wait until now to add laser cruise?! That shit is AMAZING!

Congrats! I enjoy all the info/gauges so much that, at times, I’m doing more distracted driving getting to the screen I want than I would be with my phone. :burnrubber:

I've only driven 70 miles of road in it so far and I'm sure I've only seen about 20 miles of the road itself. So I know what you mean. Lol

I asked my dealer about leveling just last week. They said it's not a problem at all. IF (not likely) it needs to be re-calibrated, they can do it. The service manager replied with "leveling changes the angle less than putting a heavy load in the bed". They have installed several with no issues.

Went to a new car owner'c clinic Thursday (2/8) and was told that ALL Toyota dealers have been told not to do anymore leveling. :notsure:

I’m still trying to figure out how that one works. And what it’s for. I’ve gotten 2 bars to disappear on a trip but that’s it. lol

Funny. As the 19 TRD PRO will be at a 2.5 inch lift with the Fox shocks.

It is based on driving time without stopping (and shutting the engine off), it also takes into account the how many times you sway or cross a lane (unless you use the turn signal). It is a pretty sophisticated system, I had the same feature in my last two F-150s.

Excellent! You need to update your avatar to describe the '18.
