    My question about these wasn't answered in my other thread so I'll give it another shot. All these replace are the factory battery CLAMPS, correct? Not the cable. If that is the case, why would someone put one on the negative clamp?

    The cable connects to them via the cable terminal. As for the negative side, these will clean up the bird’s nest that are present due to all the circuit necessary accessories

    Some do. Most have a proper ground source, but I do have a few going to the negative posts......until it warms up and I can route properly. When I wired up my Switchpro i didn’t have everything I needed and haven’t gone back to finish up

    Okay, that makes sense. I didn't even think about running a wire all the way back to the battery to ground something. I was just thinking, no one powers anything off the neg side. :facepalm: I'm such an 12v electrical dolt.

    None of my long runs do go back unless the wires are tied together, then they are grounded near the source, but if I’m not mistaken I have 2 accessories that have a separate ground that I took black wires to battery

    Trust me, I’m not electrical guru...at all

    @Stulloh he has a good point. I'm not sure if mine were longer or if I should have pushed them harder to go over the flange at the base of the lugs. Either way check yours first and figure out what you need to do.

    I did the leather steering wheel wrap. Came out pretty darn good, but took the whole weekend. If you have patience issues, low attention to detail or are not at least half Asian :rofl:;), good luck. I ended up pulling the airbag out and removing the two side instrument clusters from the steering wheel to get it fitted right. Trying to tuck the leather into the sides is a PITA. I'd suggest doing what I did and then sew it down. I don't know if you really need the double-sided take on the steering wheel part. It seems that placing the double-sided tape around the button clusters worked the best, although I did put a few pieces on the steering wheel area. If I did it again I would not put the tape on the steering wheel part.

    Put on the paint matched grill today. To do this I ordered a cement TRD pro grill and just swapped out the inserts. It was deff kind of a pain. I also added matched front bumper corners. Up next, paint matched mirror caps and I am done!
