I know I'll be able to get specific prices tomorrow but I wanna go ahead and ask a few questions.

    1. What did you pay to have Ultimate lift for '07 & Up Tundra installed on your truck?
    2. If you could, would you let your local Toyota dealer do it?
    3. Do you void any warranty when "Bob Lift Store" does the install?

Bottom line is tomorrow I'm talking to my Toy dealership where I'm buying my truck to see if they will install the above instead of the $250.00 coil over spacer lift they will install @ $1,000. (kit included).

While I have a different lift, I paid $300 for the lift and UCA's...I've done two lifts with the help of a friend before. Frankly, I don't have the patience to do it.

If you have the patience, and competence then you can install the Ultimate yourself like @csuviper did.

No, this lift will not void the warranty unless they can absolutely, beyond reasonable doubt, prove that the lift caused said issue.

    1. Free. I did it myself. Its really not that hard if you are able to remove bolts and reinstall bolts. Your just swapping the front coilover and adding a block in the rear between the axle and leaf spring.
    2. I would let the local Toyota dealer do it however they would charge the most. 4 Wheel parts shops would be a good option.
    3. No void of warranty with anyone that installs it. Toyota has to prove that the lift caused the problem to void the warranty. Definitely make sure you are going to a reputable place to install so that you dont have issues with bolts not being tigtened to proper torques or installed incorrectly.

Dealer will always try to blame the lift on whatever problem comes up but you just push them to prove it and they should just move forward with the warranty work.

    I wouldn't let 4 wheel parts touch a vehicle I owned with a 10 foot pole.

I fix 4 wheel parts fuck ups at the dealer... just sayin.

I did mine myself. Rediculously easy to do. Maybe 1.5-2 hours and basic tools. But I do have access to a lift and full auto shop. I wouldn't let any dealer touch my truck for anything, not because they are incompetent but because they are over priced. I've owned Toyota trucks since 1980 and have never once taken my truck to a dealer for anything.
If you have any amount of mechanical ability, do it yourself so you know it's done right. If you're not comfortable with doing it yourself, then find a shop you are confident with.

Just remember you will need a re-alignment and we might be able to parachute in @LOTSOFTOYS to your location..:infantry::jellydance:

Update: Spoke to Toyota and they WILL install the above lift, however they won't budge on the labor cost to do it so I'm electing to not have them do anything at all. I'll get the kit and either pay a local shop to do it or get crafty and do it myself. Pick up is tomorrow, SUPER STOCKED!!!
