Hi everybody, I’m new to the Tundra world and the forums. So far, this ‘08 Limited is awesome!

Can you guys make a suggestion for some fog lights that will plug into the factory wiring? I guess the old one’s were removed before I bought it.

    Thanks in advance!

Cool, so these options don’t have their own switches that you run through the engine bay and into the console? I’m just looking to plug into the existing factory harness.

    Thanks!

@MotoTundra is correct. The Squadron Sports are considered "street friendly" but are still very bright. Driver discretion is advised when running on the street. I personally only run them during the daytime for added safety or when there isn't much traffic.

Welcome. Morimoto's are PnP and are an improvement over stock, especially if stock means no fogs. I don't think my '08 sr5 came with fogs. Do you have an OEM switch?
Baja designs are BA but not street legal. I think Rigid Ind. makes some street legal ones but don't know if they're PnP

I have the Rigid Industries SAE lights for fogs, Rigid doesn't make a plug and play kit, they make vehicle specific mounts and the harness adapter can be bought from several companies, making it plug and play. They are street friendly and can be used without offending oncoming traffic.

I have Baja Designs Squadron Sport wide cornering amber. They are plug and play, with an easy to install. You have to get harness kit but that is simple enough. I have run them in oncoming traffic and no one has flashed me yet. They are awesome lights and well worth the money. I can't say enough good things about BD. Definitely consider them.

Just ordered another, my 2nd, pair of BD squadron sports to run as ditch lights for an upcoming trip to Death Valley. We expect to be running at night and I wanna see.
