I seen this today when installing my nerf bars. On the driver side the e brake cable is rubbing the bed mount pretty hard so I put in some convoluted tubing to help protect it. Just an fyi, it may not be a big deal but figure I would share. Mine is a 2018 double cab.

It felt a little wore I don't trust stuff like that so I took a measure of precaution.

If you live in the rust belt like me: I always put a dab of silicon on any nuts and bolts B4 assembly.

That split loom won't last, if it is rubbing, it'll rub right through it. As far as the brake cable goes, it is rubber outter layer, then flexible steel jacket, then inner liner, before you get to the cable, so it is pretty well protected. Your best bet would be to try and get one slack in the cable to get it off of the edge or maybe some of that heavy duty edge guard material to soften the edge.

I'd recommend something like this, it has a metal inner structure that is incased in rubber. The rubber would help prevent rub through and the metal "backbone" means you don't have to worry about getting adhesive to stick and stay stuck on the frame rail.
