What’s the market for OEM parts?

I’ve been doing a few MODs lately and will have some OEM parts I would like to sell and recuperate some money.
My question is where is the best place sell this stuff and is there a market?
I have...
1. OEM headunit with speakers
2. Stock Headlight housings
3. Stock Tail light housings
4. Stock fog light housings
5. All 4 4600 shocks with front springs.
Maybe other things down the road.
Anybody have any luck selling these items?

Craig's List. There is a market but won't sell fast. A lot of folks ask way..way too much for pull offs. If you don't want the stuff, low ball the sale price...

 

I see ridiculous asking prices for the factory head units. I have no idea what to even ask?
