It is a good deal, if you base it completely on the retail price of the items being purchased separately. Diablo is just an average wheel cleaner, and Silk Shine is much better for interiors than exteriors. I've applied it properly, only to find runs down the side of my truck the next day. Butter Wet Wax is super easy to use, leaves a nice wet shine, but lacks in durability (around two weeks). The window cleaner is decent, and you will love the Honeydew Snow Foam. All in all, it's a good starter kit.

The equipment alone is worth it. Idk much about their products. I have tried a few CG products and have been very happy. I think the snow gun, bucket w grit guard, mitt, and MF towels would be over $80 so that seems like a good deal.

The gun and honeydew alone is normally $69 I think. Yeah it's a good starter kit but I would say it's much more than that. It's a great joy for anyone looking to do their washes at home starter or not.

I could use a rinseless wash. The salt is bad here. I just got some reload to add to my ech2o but it's supposed to be between 0°-10° for a week so we'll see

Texas also. Our vehicles are filthy. Got a foam cannon and pressure washer I haven’t been able to test yet.

Actually, you can buy the combo of those two items (foam gun + 16oz Honeydew) for 54.99 on the CG website, so all that you get with the kit makes it a good value. Once you spend as much time as I have with different brands, you come to realize which ones are awesome and which are average. CG is no different than any other seller of detailing supplies...some of their stuff is very good (Petes 54 wax, JetSeal, Honeydew), and some is not very good. I've recommended the same kit to several customers who wanted to get started on their own vehicles, once I got their paint dialed in. I gave them the same opinions I posted about the products that come with it, all based on my experience(s) with them.
