    Happened this morning around 8:30, it hurt then went numb for about 10 minutes, then sore, its a little sore now but not real noticeable.

    The outside edge of the nail got lifted as well, I noticed that while cleaning it better when I got home from work.

    That's why I keep my staple, nail, and pin guns in tip-top shape. I usually end up blowing pins and staples through my finger when I'm holding pieces together while fastening them. Pin or staple hits a hard spot in the grain and blows right out the side...usually into my finger. Hope you heal fast!

    The guy that brought it in had no idea how to load the staples.
    Ya loading them was easy but unknown to me the loading gate hung up when you tried to close it. I applied some force and it gave way in the process my finger did not clear in time.

    Put a needle under a lighter and get it red hot. Press it on the nail where the blood is filling under the nail. Repeat until you get a hole and releave the pressure.

    Let it bleed out for a bit, run it under cold water and dry then put two coats of superglue on then get back to work. After 24 hr peel it off and let it air out for a bit then reapplie. You will be surprised how well it heals.
