    Hello all and Happy Holidays!

I'm having a hard time finding a specific part number and it is not the first time. I wish all the online parts providers would make it easy.

The spring clip that keeps my gas/fuel fill door shut has broken and I need just the simple clip.

    2006 Tundra DC

Can anyone help please - and how about a downloadable parts catalog? I'm keeping this truck for a long time . . .

    Thank you in advance....

    Regards,

    Al

I know I'm not exactly answering your question but just in case....

Have you lost the spring or is it just not working properly anymore?

If it is the V shaped spring I have had good luck bending it out, which helped it pop the fuel door open easier.

    Here is the screen capture.

What has broken on mine is the v-shaped pinch spring. It pinches a plastic ball and that then keeps the fuel door from flopping around.

    Thank you.

Don't listen to the store. It doesn't know what it's talking about. :D

It definitely fits all 2002-06 Tundras.
