    Yes. This is your opportunity to get rid of something still in the packaging that you never use. As long as it's something you believe someone else will like or use (even if you didn't), you can regift it. But it's gotta be unused with intact packaging.

    I see you trying to buy something at the store you're in, but I'm hearing your Tundra bros telling you they'd prefer whiskey. If you want to stay under $30, your local liquor warehouse for deals. Some good bourbons you might find discounted:
    Bulleit
    Or you could get a big-ass bottle of Evan Williams. It's a bit rough, but black label, 90 proof, and probably the best value bourbon.

    Irish whiskeys:
    Teeling (gotta be sale, but it's smooth)

    There are a bunch of good bourbons in that price range, not sure what is available in your location, get a bottle of Evan Williams single barrel probably one of the best $25 bottles of bourbon out there.
