So got the lift done today. Ended up taking around 5 hours. Ran into a couple issues that took some time sorting out.
Issue#1 While trying to install the coilover on the passenger side, I somehow dislocated the inner cv joint. Got it back in socket and got that side all back together.
Issue#2 Took forever to get the through bolt out on the driver side UCA. Not sure how others do it, but I had to move the rigid lines that were in the way. While on the subject if UCA, what the F is with 173 ft pounds of torque!!!!!!

Does anyone know what those 2 heavy washers are for that are zip tied thru the lower shock mount on the new Bilstien coilovers? The thru bolt doesn't fit thru the washers so I assumed they are for a different application. Please correct me if Im wrong and need to install them somewhere.

I have not taken after pics yet as I'm waiting for new wheels and tires to get here. I'll post pics late next week when it's all done

173 foot lbs of torque is just as tight as you can get it with weight bearing down on the wheels.. i hope you torqued after you let the truck back on the ground and bounced it a bit.

and the two washers look like protection for the bushing/shock mount

I think I remember hearing that those washers go under your bumpstops. This raises them up slightly, which keeps your new coil overs from bottoming out on full compression.

yea, I actually drove it around the parking lot to get the suspension to settle before I torqued it down.
