Oops I been lucky then when received my headlights boxed looked torn and one of them had a big hole in one side but fortunately headlights arrived intact.

I didn't cut the gray wire for my drl's, I bought a different module that doesn't have drls (I think it's from a sequoia). Your harness still works as intended if I order one right?

Got it all done, but I can't button it all up and post photos yet. I have LED DRL's that dim when the headlamps are activated, but I have zero headlights high beam or low beam and zero blinkers. I checked the fuse on @iHacker harness and the fuse on the motocontrol and they test good. Any ideas would be much appreciated as it's about to get dark and cold in about an hour and a half. Thanks guys.

Edit, I do have headlamps, high beam and low beam, I just have no turn signals and no amber running lights. I didn't cut the gray wire inside, I just tied the black wire from the relay into the gray wire instead in hopes to keep the amber DRL's.

Yea, iHacker is currently providing tech support and the problem lies beneath the dash where I tied in for switched power. I didn't have the white wire he used in his PDF instructions, but he said any switched power source would suffice. Apparently I picked the wrong switched 12v power. I need to find a new switched power by the relay below.

All I can say is, damn, fukin awesome. Usually I have no problems de-pining crap but I broke the damn thing off this tme. No problem, just soldered the wires. Also, since I had installed somd aftermarket LED DRLs previously, I already had a fuse tap on the under hood fuse box, so I just ran a wire into the cab to mate with the relay. Going to go finish putting my truck back together now, but had to post. @iHacker , super nice harness and everything works as it should.

So everything went well. I did have some issues with where I tapped into 12v power next to the flasher unit. In the photo below, don't use the gray wire for switched power as I did initially. Instead, release the connector I've highlighted and tap into the black wire on the right hand side. Thanks a million @iHacker for your assistance on this, and feel free to use the photo for anyone doing an SR5/Limited/Pro install.

And as I suppose for SR5 owners if you decide to leave the gray wire on to keep your Ambers and LED DRL at the same time be prepared for weird things to start happening, I’m not sure why but SR5s wiring is a slightly different from my TRD PRO, and the white wire I used to t-tap 12V switched power is gray and for a different function in SR5s @rocky_mtn_trd had a little delay today to make them work properly but we still investigating the problem it seems to be some kind of back feeding in the gray wire, the problem itself isn’t related to the harness because I only use the gray wire to trigger the LED DRL relay in my harness and that’s it, but he decided to have Amber and LED DRL.

He’s going to share more details on the issue.

All put back together, looks great, even the wife was awed. Also, a pic of a good spot to mount the DRL relay, just add a nut that fits the stud on the truck.

I guess I didn't elaborate on the issue I had. I lost turn signals all together with the t-tap on the gray wire as pictured above. @iHacker suggested to remove just the blade of the t-tap and see if turn signals returned. They did indeed. So now I had to find a new switched 12v power source. I would upload a new photo of where I ultimately ended up tying in for 12v power, but it's dark and cold right now so I just added an additional arrow in the photo above designating where to make the connection. I have no idea what the problem was, but this fixed it and now I'm a happy camper. I briefly had a backup camera problem where it would't come on in reverse, but it resolved itself after cycling the key off then back on. I don't believe this to be related to this install whatsoever, I just think it was because I had the battery disconnected for a couple of hours today. Very pleased with the results!
