So. My kid asked me, "What would you like for Christmas? What are you into?"

I said, "You could make something. Anyway, you know what my interests are. Don't you?"

He said, "You love your truck! And alcohol. I could get you alcohol."

Would y'all say there's a problem? If so, which part?

Also, what would your kids give you, if they get to choose?

My kids don’t get me shit, so this year I may make it over to the coal pile and get some rather nice pieces.

I think all the 3rd gen Tundra owners on here need to make a pact. To stop doing mods for awhile, so the prices on all the good shit will go down. This shit is getting expensive.

Same. I think they save it for father's day as xmas is all about them from Santa. Which is fine, I get plenty of shit for me during the year. They can have this one.

The adults in my family do not do gift exchanging. For us, I would rather have someone’s time at a house over any gift. That’s memories there.

Y'all are being very/ surprisingly literal. I thought for sure you'd relate to my concerns about my kid recognizing my alcohol... hobby, and admit what they probably know about you that you wish they didn't.

Then I realized: almost all of you would answer the same. #1 truck stuff. And, for those not abstaining, #2 booze. Anything else?

I'm with ya! Every year my daughter gets me 2 things. One is always alcohol, usually craft beer but last year was a bottle of Jameson. The other is either something Steelers or candy. For the record, I Love my family but I can't trust them to buy me truck stuff lol.

Let's put it this way....I've always appreciated great NFL QB's over the years. Loved Bret, Fran, Bart, Dan M, Kelly, Denver Broncos current QB's, oh wait....

Double Ditto on that. Once I'm done getting nuked by end of year shit will hit the fan for my upgrades. Totally new front end.
