Interior-Tinted windows to 5%, weather tech floor matts, Pioneer H/U with subs, black leather heated seats, all new speakers in doors and dash. Engine-5.7L with K/N CAI, TBS Exterior-Bushwacker pocket flares, new grill (color match) with grill-craft insert, nfab pusher bar, Raptor running boards, Spyder 6000k Halo headlights and LED tail lights, 50" LED bar, 24" Lower LED bar, 3x-7" LED spot lights on pusher bar Suspenssion- 6" RC lift, 3" BL, Wheels- 18" Monster wheels black w/ 37x13.5x18 Nitto Grappler
Well I am new here, I live in ND so I have a truck suited for the conditions we face on a d2d level. My question is can you after already having a 6" RC lift add new front and rear struts or shocks to that kit, or do you have to tear down and start from scratch thank you ahead of time

Front coilovers and rear shocks can be upgraded anytime.

If you have stock suspension on a 6" RC lift then you need to upgrade quick. Looking online at the kit it has 3" spacers for the front struts. For adjustability you should get coilovers with a 6" lift. The ride will be so much smoother for you. I would image it is rough right now. The coilovers you get need to be ones that are build longer for the 6" lift vs ones built for stock height.
For the rear just get matching brand shocks. They will need to be extended ones as well. A 4x4 shop will be able to give you your options for the proper sizing based on a 6" lift.

Brands you should highly consider for the front coilovers and rear shocks are OME, Bilstein, Icon, Fox and Kings. You could start with a call to Toytec to see what they offer. When I was looking at buying a used Tundra with a 6" lift already installed I was looking at Icon Coilovers from Toytec for a price around $1200. They offer a forum discount too.

That kit uses a spacer and is designed to work with factory shocks. You can upgrade the shocks with any OE replacement like a Bilstein 5100, or a bolt on coilover set which will greatly improve the ride. Some coilover manufacturers like ICON & King offer longer lift kit replacement coilovers which are designed to replace the spacer offering a better look and better shock performance.

We offer some of these options so if you have a question post up here or shoot me a PM.

Awesome feedback, I will def look into that, yea the ride is harsh on the roads here, when it comes to cost it isnt important, I want a better look then just the spacers, but I notice it more when I am driving on the dirt roads, I also get alot of bed bounce, can this be curbed as well with better suspension?

See i have the aftermarket bilstein shocks, or I did, I had the Turd addition and came with em, fronts are still Bilstein shocks but rears are the RC 2.0. So I am looking into the coilovers from Icon. Are those the better or are the king? Again price isnt issue

About the same. Kings I think are a little pricier. Send some money my way :)

Will having a body lift on this truck affect my coilover decision or type that I get. Also if I get a 7" coilover how would that affect the 6" rc lift?

ICON would be the way I go. I think the ride is slightly better on the street.

I do 80% onroad, and 20% offroad. I just bought some monotubes from skyjacker for the rear, damn RC shocks died, the bushings were shot, fixed that issue after I put em in, no the front I am looking at the icons they look to be the best, so I will hit you up Tap in two weeks to order, now once I replace front of these will I need a realignment

73 days of offroad in the Tundra. Or 36.5 weekends out of 52. Or 3 weekends a month. Nice. (Sorry had to do the math.)
    That's a lot of offroading.

I would love to hit the trails that often in a dedicated offroad rig. Way to much offroad to beat up the tundra.

Just did an F150 with a full ICON setup over the weekend. Did not like the stock, but with the shocks it felt great. The customer got the adjustable CDC Valves which is a cool feature.
