I believe you have to have a ballast with the HID bulbs. I would go with the LED ones

    Not yet but soon
Makes sense. The LED is plug and play then, just swap one bulb for the other?

Did you buy the anti flicker harness with yours? If not did you get any error codes after install?

That is my understanding. There are a lot of different products and it changes daily. I had to have a ballast for the HID on my bike. Didn't like it and went to LED plug and play. I'm interested in plug and play LED headlights for the Tundra as well. Kinda worried about blinding people. I have an LED light bar that haven't hooked up yet so I may stay with stock headlights.

No anti-flicker harness, no flickering, no error codes or problems.

Hey Mike. Quick question. I just ordered the Anzo 111318s headlights and blue thunder H1 and H7 bulbs. Can I instead use these in the H7 and H1. Would they be plug and play or do I need to just roll the dice, order them
And sent em back if they don't work? Thoughts?

If I didn't misunderstand the question.. I don't think so. H11s will double as both a high and low beam, the H1 and H7 have a different form factor... H1s have a little spring arm that you fasted into a clasp to secure the bulb. H11s fit into a 3 spoke receptacle and then turn in. I have no experience with the Anzo headlights but I think they look great.

I would stick with the bulb type they call for unless you're a gambling man.

If I misunderstood and just went off on a tangent I'm sorry.

No. You're all good. I've already ordered the halogen h1 and h7 7500k bulbs to replace what comes in the Anzo headlights. I'll do a headlights from anzo bulb pic high and low then again after putting in the 7500k....you know, for any future modders going anzo heads. I think they look bad ass.
    Thanks Mike.
