    BINGO,

You sir, gave the answer I’m looking for and black housing for me!

I assume the light is the same bright omitted in each chrome and black versions meaning there is chrome reflecting surrounding the LED itself and the black housing is just the frame around the housing!

Hope u make sense of what I mean

I wonder if it’s to late to order for the free shipping!

How do you like them over the stock non LED’s and don’t d you get a quality harness!

    See fine print
Yes correct it doesn’t affect light output. Order which you feel. I love the lights still. Kinda pricey but worth it.

Alright Tundra lovers... With the help of friend at my local Toyota dealership we swapped the '17 headlights for the new LED '18 headlights.

First a shout out to iHacker for the harness and install instructions. Once we located the instructions in his PM he sent to me we were able to finish things up.

We had to remove the front grill and the side panels around the outside edges of the light housing on each side. To me this isn't any easy DIY project.

The look of these lights give my truck the look of modern, top of the line truck. I now must replace the fog lamps as they look totally cheesy with the white light look.

So glad I did this upgrade!!!

I attached some photos. My truck has the option to raise/lower your bulbs so 0 is as low as possible and 5 is all the way up. I normally drive with them at a 2.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    OK ladies and gents,

I just ordered my 2018 LED headlights and the LED fogs, out of all the installs what would be my best quality and easiest harness to buy for my 2017 SR5 CM 4X4, who makes the best of them all, opinions welcome!

    any links to sellers, thanks!

Install wasn't bad! Found a couple of good youtube videos to watch. The hardest part for me was repining the one connector. It was my first time repining anything. My harness is from another member. It came with the motocontrol.

They are the black housing, and just clear lens..
They are more of a black chrome than just black though

Just making sure 0 is at the highest setting and 5 the lowest? The pictures show the opposite. I just checked mine.

Correct. That's how mine works. Also, I set my lights to the 0 setting before I aim my lights after the install.

are the fogs pnp or require a harness as well? Does the color of the fogs match the headlights?

That's my question too!!! I don't want to have to do all that rewiring like we did for the headlights.

The OEM LED fogs are completely Plug N Play, no harness needed, just remove the old halogen housings and replace with the new ones

Not sure, I don’t have them in my truck. I prefer and have the Morimoto XB LED Fogs they offer a better light output and they look better too

Yes, color matches headlights. BUT if you get a Magnum RT heavy duty bumper, they do not fit, so I will sell you my 2018 OEM LED fog lights. They've been in my truck maybe 2 weeks. Anybody got a good recommendation for 4" round fog lights?
