Ok, I've searched and read to no avail. I'm wanting to get black lug nuts for my stock 18" alloy TRD wheels. I hate the wanna-be chrome look on them. Does anyone know what I need??

To be honest I'm confused about tapered, washer, shank...yadda...yadda...yadda..... HELP!

@Roman Do you have black lug nuts for the stock 18" TRD alloy wheels on a Limited 2016 Tundy? Please PM me shipped pricing to 89134.

I don't want anything special, just want to replace my chrome stock lug nuts that are currently on the truck.

I don't know why they wouldn't. They're made of the same material, same size and shape.

I think you'd need a "mag" "flange" lug. Not the acorn style.

I had black lug nuts on my last truck and they ended up looking like crap quickly.

I am running the covers/caps this time and happy with them. https://www.colorlugs.com/

Toyota only offers chrome lug nuts for the Tundra. For black lug nuts, you'd have to go aftermarket. We've used the Gorilla ones in the past.

Just go to your local auto store and buy black spray, then get busy in an open area.

I just sprayed my hitch, and cost only $7.50

Joe, thank you so much for offering your lug nuts to me!!! Very kind, however, this morning I purchased some ColorLugs from their website. Let me see if those will work before I pay shipping for something that I may not need. According to the research I did your lugs should fit just fine. Thanks again, Aaron.

The collar lugs look promising. Black lugs are going to show wear from impact wrench.

    Post some pics and thoughts

Thread revival: Installed the black ColorLugs today. A cheap alternative to replacing your existing chrome lugs.

I’m hesitant to use a cover for fear they will hold moisture and rust the lug nuts out. Will try the gorillas
