    That's how I'll wire mine. Don't really need the dim amber with the headlights on. Unfortunately, one of the headlights arrived damaged and I have to return it. It'll be several more weeks until I can test......

    I still don't understand the backfeed issue. Thinking through the wiring, each filament is being fed seperately. There should be no common node in the circuit causing backfeeding unless there is a short somewhere or the bulb is defective.

    Yes they are feed separately, but travels through the purple through the filament. It’s happened on 3 different trucks. Remember that same purple wire powers the amber drl’s and at the same time is the parking light all done in that flasher relay.

    iHacker Are you currently selling these, or still waiting on parts? I'm ordering my lights this week and decided I'm not dealing with making a harness, your's looks probably much nicer than what I'd hack together. Usually I know my way around this crap, but reading all these threads has me feeling like a total newb. My latest confusion is regarding the turn signal bulbs. What are you running for those? I saw a few mentions that they are now 7444's, but also saw mention of purchasing Vleds 3157ck to match the older trucks plug, so what connector does your harness use?

    @fisherman951, I believe factory dimming involves the DRL dimming when you turn on your low beams.

    Hello guys, currently I'm having problems contacting some people in my waiting list, I not sure but I think a few guys are new to this forum and still learning how this site work I contacted a few guys 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a response so I will take that as NO LONGER INTERESTED and loosing your spot in my list, for future orders I will send a message in order to my list (as always do) and wait for at least 24 hours, you can contact me telling me you are not ready yet, want to wait a bit more or you no longer interested not necessarily have to be the ok to send payment, I just need anything to keep me updated and know you still there, so that way I’m confident to contact next in my list to keep it flowing normally. If for any reason you missed my messages please contact me again to confirm you are still interested.


    I shipped around 8 harnesses over the weekend but still holding a few for those guys not responding to my messages.

    Looking forward to installing these. Got the Motocontrol ordered from TRS and got the free T10 LEDs on the BF deal. Next is waiting 'til tomorrow to order the lights from Roman and their BF deal. So hopefully I'll have it all in a couple of weeks. :bananadance:
