Who's got a good bit of miles on these so far and how long do you expect them to last? Also are you satisfied with them? Wanting a set of 275/70/R18 for my TRD OR. Thanks.

Can't help you with the mileage part since I only have about 800 on mine. However, I was absolutely amazed at how smooth and how quite these were. Extremely satisfied so far.

I have put 18,000+ miles on my Ridge Grapplers since December 24,2016. Tire size: 295/70/18. They are holding up very well and have less wear that I would have thought with that amount of mileage. I have noticed they have a little more highway road noise now from when they were new and quiet.

I've only got about 1200 on mine, so now help. A friend of mine has them on a Sierra, with probably 18k miles and he said they still look new.

I have 295/55/20 grapplers and have about 16000 miles on them. new, the tread depth was 16.5/32. now, they are at 13/32. so I have about 11 more 32'nds of tread life. if that wear is linear, then I can get another 50000 miles from them for a total of about 65000 miles.

I rotate them every 5000 miles, i keep them inflated, they only see street use, and I don't ever peal out.

I had 53k on mine when I switched to my toyos. They weren't worn out. But mine makes an 1800 mile round trip twice a month so I wanted to be sure I wouldn't be stranded. As soon as my wife isn't looking, another set of ridge grapplers will be going on. FAR superior tire in my opinion.

Yep. And, if the road is wet, they suck. My ridge grapplers were always planted and felt WAY better on the road.

I’ve got about 20k miles on mine and they still have a lot of tread left. They do good in actual snow, but suck on ice and sometimes wet pavement. If the road is slick at all I can feel my back sliding around. Even slid in to a ditch once when I was going about 40 mph straight forward in 2wd. The back just starting sliding and I couldn’t do anything about it.

I have over 50k on my 295/70/18s. Last time I was at Discount tire, I had 8&9/32 of tread left. The tires had 16.4/32" when new. I should be able to get 70 to 80k out of the tires, then I am going to 35s which will have 18.3/32" of tread

I have 25K-30k on my set of RG’s.
Rotate every 5K. Still have plenty of tread left. Love them. No issues. I would buy them again. Good luck. D165F0BF3-DA40-488B-8598-F421B7410783.jpg

Well after starting this thread I bought a set for my 17 at 22k miles and traded it in with them still on at 58k miles. So 36k miles and still had half tread if not a little more. I think for my 20 since I have some 6112/5160 ready to be installed I may go with the Trail Grappler or might go back to the RG. Still undecided on what tire to run on my wife's new 4runner.

It had been snowing. Maybe an inch or 2 or so on the road. I guess there was ice underneath but it didn’t seem that bad or I would’ve just drove in 4wd. I was just going straight and the back slid to the left. Once I knew I wasn’t going to be able to steer out of it I reached down and put it in 4wd and tried to push through the ditch. But as soon as I hit the mud I sunk pretty deep. Had to get pulled out.
