Will it work with the JBL audio? Talked to the parts guy at Toyota and he said that there was nothing available if I had the JBL audio system.

Does it come with a template to make the cuts in the floor?

The box comes with a template that you have to cut out and use on the floor

Just found my new Christmas present for myself! Was shocked when I got home with the new Tundra and went to put my usual "stuff" under the seat and nothing was there.

Looks nice! I'll be getting one in the near furture. I miss the underseat storage that my DC had. Is there a reason you can't make one with one small and one large bin instead of three small? Reason I ask is I used to put my WeatherTech sunshade in the large one and I have no place to store it in the Crew Max. Also, how come no lids?

Pretty sure someone asked this in an earlier thread. No he can't because there are ridges in the floor that won't allow it.

Why did toyota leave out the under seat cubbies? I couldn't survive without mine and the gear i stow there. I wish my toyota had a toolbox on the outside of the bed like my 1969 f-250 had. Really cool.

Is there any possibility to come up with cubbies for the 2gnd gen such as my 2007? I haven't checked to see if it possible, as in (is there a cavity large enough to make it feasible?)

Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to move the seat far enough to get anything under there.

I forgot about that minor detail. Figured there had to be a good reason. It's definitely a great CMax mod. A "must do" if you have one.

Just a quick question for anyone that has this, have any of you noticed any additional road noise? On one hand, you just pulled out the large sections of 3 inch padding. On the other hand, it is the highest part of the cab and is not over the tires. Just curious. I have two full size kid seats in the back so it will be a few years before I pull the trigger on this.

We are looking into the space available in the 4Runner to see if something like this would work. We will keep you updated.

Yea let me know. Would be interested to add this to my wifes 4Runner for some hidden away storage. Would put things in there like emergency kit, first aid kit and tow rope. Things that you only need if something were to happen. Stuff that i don't just want rolling around in the back.

The storage in the floor looks great. I'm thinking about Weathertech mats and the rear mats go all the way under the rear seats. I'm assuming that the mats will need to be cut. I saw on another thread on this topic someone was going to send in pictures after they cut their mats. I can't find that original thread again. Any thoughts or pictures out there?

Unsure if you found one but I was looking on Ebay for a storage box for my CM and found a box for the 2nd Gen DC. No cutting required and 125$ shipped

I received my storage unit yesterday. Install was really easy and I suck at handyman stuff. Great product. One suggestion has to do with the stencil. My box was in really bad shape when I received. I had to be very careful when cutting it out. Might want to think about sending a stencil inside the box instead of using the box.
