My Tundra is clean, had a Benz that was salvaged and multiple motorcycles with salvage titles. Inspection depends on the state, usually just a vin and light inspection but YMMV. I've never had insurance really give a damn or even notice if the title was salvaged. Motorcycles can get totaled out just from being tipped over off the kick stand, so it's pretty damn common with them. With cars and trucks I'd like to know where the damage was and see the repair work, but the salvage title alone wouldn't scare me off.

Here they’re like Nazis. You can’t get collision or comprehensive coverage unless the vehicle is corrected for the original reason it was salvaged.

Vehicle liability isn’t an issue getting though plus it’s mandatory anyway to drive it.

So I've noticed that my 06 brakes only squeal really loud when I'm in reverse.
My 03 doesn't squeal at all. Any idea what could be the cause of the brakes squeal in reverse? It's super annoying.

    Imma keep it stock
The pads are glazed. Remove the pads and sand the surface just a bit and reinstall.

Put some brake pad grease on the backs of the pads where they contact the pistons also. Do they have the shims on them?

This happened to me because my front passenger dust shield was ever so slightly touching the rotor, after lifting my truck. My stupidfuckass didn't notice I did that while I had the knuckle out to press out UBJ.

I'll give this a shot when I replace my driver side bellow soon.

Yeah, Casey greased em when we did the 14wa upgrade and they do have shims. But we had to reuse the 13WL shims because Toyota doesn't include shims when you buy brake pads for some reason. The shims fit good though.

We checked the dust shields before we put the wheels back on. Everything was rolling smooth.

I had that happen when I ordered rear brake pads for my wife's corolla. Had to reuse the old, never even crossed my mind that I would have to look for a part number for that.

You didn't throw out those WL's did ya?
