    It was nice to see family. For some, it will be the last time here on earth.

    I officially retired in Aug of 2024, but it doesn't feel that way.:rofl:

    Ahhhh. Gotcha.

    My mind might be foggy. The wife has been making salsa and canning all day. On top of that she made a really good green chili yesterday.
    It's a bit spicy over at my house.

    @Rakkasan

    Good luck. Know lots of people that have had this procedure with good results.

    Mine is from tripping over some basement junk at my grandmothers house.

    Thank you, the process of being approved and all the exams that go with it have consumed about 4 months. In that time I’ve been overcompensating with my left knee which now is starting to display the initial symptoms the right knee had.
    I’ll report back post procedure, I’ve heard really good things too about the procedure and results. Thanks again

    Don't be surprised if your other will be done as well. My MIL gets her second one done on Dec 1st.

    My daughter excelled in high school. AP classes during her junior and senior year. Got a full scholarship to UC Irvine. Political Science. Didn't get brainwashed. Too much. Ha! She calls me all the time about current events and what I think. She's very level headed and has COMMON SENSE which helps. I'm glad she is happy with her position in life. After all, that's what's it's all about!

    Bad ass. I'm sure you are very proud of her and the accomplishments so far. In the end that's what we all want for our children...prosper and live a great life.

    Prior to her current job, she was head of administration for the Colorado Car Dealers Association. She was directly behind the scenes for the annual Denver Car Show for several years. I taught her well about car shows. Quite proud of her.

    Some more background with me. I think I mentioned this here before. My mom's parents lived in South Gate, CA. There was a neighbor named 'Binks". He had an FJ40. I was 9. Binks needed some off road tires. 8 or 9 blocks away was Dick Cepek's shop. Yes.. that Dick Cepek. Binks took me along. I still remember meeting Dick Cepek. How could I forget what got me the "bug" into 4 wheeling? Cepek's brand was bought out after he died. Same with Mickey Thompson's name. Just sayin.
    Dick Cepek started it all about true off road tires. Made a deal with Armstrong. The rest is history.
