On normal acceleration I here a clunk noise from the engine/transmission area when I reach 40 mph. Get the same noise on decel at 25 mph. Any ideas as to what’s going on? Service dept no help so far.

Did the Service dept replicate the noise, or claim they couldn't?

Service doesn’t have knowledge of this happening elsewhere and are reaching out to regional rep for input while they evaluate the truck in the shop early next week. It sounds to me like a trans or transfer case issue but was told by someone it could also be a programing bug

Do you have an auto-deploying air dam? That’s about the mph it deploys and detracts. I rarely notice it, anymore.
