I went in for an alignment and here is the paperwork I received. My truck is all stock. Did they use the right specs?
    2023 Crewmax 4x4 Limited TRD-Off-road.

    The paper shows TRD PRO.

Can someone link me to the latest alignment specs for my truck?

    Here's a PDF I've saved.

As you can see, alignment specs depend on Front Vehicle Height. And TRD Pro specs are completely different.

It doesn't appear like your current alignment matches up to any of the specs in this PDF

when vehicle height is referenced where is that measured to/from? looks to be a range of 2.13" to 4.29"

So basically I should take it back and tell them to do it right?

As I understand it, it's the vertical distance from the center of the hub to the lower suspension arm mounting bolt.
