They're a little noisey, but I bought them used. I haven't really put them to the test yet. I have plans to do some camping and off-roading next month.

Before I was on these 295/75R16 Cooper AT3XLT and KMC Enduro 16"x8" 0 offset
    20250223_111444.jpg
I like these 33.5"x11.5" tires a lot, but didn't care for the wheels and wanted 35" tires. Unfortunately Cooper discontinued this version of these tires. I put tons of miles on these off road and on road. You can tell I was hard on em, from all the rock rash. :D

Yeah... But it's always fun to show off the goods. :D

I have the OEM's which need to be recoated badly.......

I'd like to get something the same size but with a more robust and harder-to-break hubcap.

The 20’s would rub on the stock UCA’s, and spacers made rubbing worse at full lock.

At time of other photos 285/60-R18 Yokohama Geolanders. Had 275/65-R18 Kumho off-roaders in the first pic but was unhappy with ride quality. Now running 265/65R18 Michelin (no photo avail). 3rd perch 5100's with stock springs.

*edit: also, running black BBS center caps now. Also not pictured.

Not a bad idea to look at trucks here and either look at the owner's build thread, or ask them what wheels they're running. https://www.tundras.com/threads/lets-see-your-first-gen-photo-thread.21/page-149

16s vs 17s have been covered quite a bit, 17s allow you to do a 14WA big brake upgrade. 16s are great for airing down, off-roading and looks (in my opinion). Without a 14WA upgrade and with bigger tires/added weight in the truck, you'll definitely need to drive more conservatively/ defensively.

    16x8 Method NV 305s with 0 offset, 285/75/16 E-Rated KO3s.

    Previously wrapped in KO2s.

Yeah the big brake upgrade was what I had in mind, seems like there are more offset wheel options and tire sizes too
Anyone have the big brake upgrade?
I did it to my Tacoma and to this day I think it’s my favorite modification

I can't comment much on the 14WA upgrade, but here's the link to the 14WA upgrade thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/200...-kit-14wa-calipers.61231/page-12#post-3985967

Depending on your questions, we'll probably link you to existing threads that way 1.) we aren't repeating ourselves answering questions we've already answered elsewhere 2.) knowledge stays in one location to help other people in the future.

Yeah might have made sense to add to an existing thread than start another but here ya go!

Was running Toyo AT II but currently wrapped 9” wide XD778 Monster wheels (4.53 backspacing / -12 offset) with DT Pathfinder AT 275/70/R18 (33.2") tires.

I only say all this in unseriousness. Jokes and sarcasm don't usually translate via text on the internet. Us 1GT owners are fiercely loyal to our chassis.

Black wheels with machined accents? How original. Never seen that before.

Holy shit, the silver on the orange trucks wheels are polished bolts. Straight racecar.

Between the SuperCharger, exhaust, tires and rims the Wife started complaining about how much I was spending on it.
Told Her it was actually a money saver.....
When She looked at me funny I told Her I'm not likely to want to trade it in on a new truck with all of the Money I've put into this one.
She couldn't argue with my logic.
She doesnt complain about me modding my Truck anymore.
Feel free to use this excuse with your Significant other....I don't have a Patent on it just yet.
