    Shit, I snapped a stud off my wifes old Saturn years back when trying to swap out a flat tire. Firestone had completed a rotate a week before and cross threaded it really bad. For what it's worth when I called them about it they honored their work and replaced the stud and towed the vehicle from the house to their location with very little argument.
