So I just read Deegan's got the green light if he wins the 250 championship to race a 450 at the final round of outdoors

 

That's gonna be fun

 

YAY! Another 30 point weekend!

Crazy day of racing in the 450 class. Glad Sexton is not hurt!

In other 450 class news, this was released....

 

It will be interesting if he beats Joe next weekend and clinches the championship. I hope it happens I really want to see how he's going to stack up against the 450 guys . I bet a lot of people had low scores after the penalty to Jet.

 

Kickstart is racing this weekend, STOKED !

 

Went to Unadilla several years ago, an awesome place to watch a race live. Can see a lot of the track from several places around it.

 

To me it sets up as a great track for Des Nations or a GP. I've never been back there but I always thought it would be cool if they could prep it and let the grass grow over it. You never see a grass track anymore. Yep, I'm old !

 

Yeah it used to be only used once a year and would be grassed over. Those days are long gone. Worth the trip if you ever get the gumption to do it. When I went with my son we also stopped by the MLB Hall of Fame. It was a great trip.

 

The MLB HoF would be cool. I would love to see it after they put Bonds and Clemons in. I'll probably be dead before that happens !

The phenom from down under is so dominant. Gonna be painful amount of years ahead for the others if they can't stop him. Congrats on a another championship Jett Lawrence!

 

Congrats to Jett ! What happened to Kenny in the second Moto ? After getting fifth in the first moto I was hoping for a top five for sure.

 

He pulled off. Hopefully he didn't hurt his shoulder or ankle and just decided he had enough. Track was brutal.

 

No Deegan in the 450s next week.

SMX today !

 

All the hype at every race throughout the year for the SMX playoffs. Hyping it up constantly the whole year. What a joke of a race that was!
The track was horrible, and whose idea was that start layout? Had to build a wall so the two sides would not collide with each other. I hope someone in charge realizes they screwed up here. So thankful I did not go! Ticket was $108 for one moto due to weather.

Can not stress enough how horrible that track was. Now two good riders are out. Beaumer has three broken vertebrae! Malcolm Stewart out with a back injury. I know they are pros but with all the hype around this series and all the money involved, I guess I expected more.

Oh and it's called super motocross so lets have the second race be all supercross, indoors, what a joke! Hey lets throw 4 or 5 sand sections on the indoor track to make it more outdoors LOL! Sorry for the rant but very disappointed and as mentioned, expected a lot more from a constantly, all year long, promoted race series.

 

Do not apologize I feel the same way. The track was an absolute joke. Multiple riders hurt and when you have the likes of tomac Lawrence and Sexton saying the track was the gnarliest they've ever seen that just does not lend to good racing. Should have figured out a way to run the second Moto's also, I know there's a lot of logistics involved but they sure could have tried to run them on Sunday. They need to put AC in the booth and get JS and RC out of there.

 

What they need to do if it's going to be a three race playoff is race at one of the national outdoor tracks, could change it to a different one every year. Have another at a traditional supercross venue Anaheim would be cool but they could change that up every year also. Have one hybrid venue probably in Las Vegas to end it.

 

Once again the hybrid track raced like crap.
