I like naps but that's probably because I have some kind of weird thing where I'll always nap for exactly 20 minutes, which I read somewhere is the optimal length for a nap.

 

I didn't either the first time. There wasn't an internet then. But a friend recommended it. The instructions were clear and it was simple. The last time I think it was about $15 and took about 30 minutes.
But I'm always about an excuse to upgrade too

On the topic of napping, I try to not nap at all. I find when I do nap, I don't sleep as well later that night.
