I did a sleep study and my wife said that was the only night in the last 6 years I slept well and didn't snore.

My wife is getting a sleep study soon, I know what your wife is going through..

So.. what would you recommend?

 

I never consume THC products, because it’s illegal under Federal Law in The United States, and I am afraid of prison.

 

Around this time last year I was having some serious sleep issues and was working 14 hr days including my commute, I was out the door at 4am and back home at 7:30. Being mentally and physically exhausted and not getting good sleep is brutal. I replaced my bedtime beer with sleep tea and ashwagandha gummies. made some relaxing music playlists and would fall asleep listening to music. Started feeling better when I woke up. I found 90% of it was finding a relaxed state of mind before actually falling asleep. I naturally can’t sleep in past 3:30-4 am even on the weekends but my deep sleep is much better now. Unfortunately I still snore from time to time and wake my wife up, last night she had to smother me with a pillow to drown me out. Sleeping with a 2nd pillow to prop me up a little seems to help with that.

My RCIs, I picked up from their first location, which is not far from where I live. They got pretty rusty underneath. I had to fix them. I got their earlier ones, before they started doing epoxy primer.

Out of the 6 or so I've tried, these work the best for me. There's some experimenting here you have to do for sure, as some made me a little too buzzed and wanting to party instead of going to sleep. I also split the dose in half in some cases. It's all good.

 

My wife and I are getting close to going under contract on a lot to build a one-story house. It’s in a subdivision that I helped out with a while back. I have an opportunity for a nice walk-out lot, so it’s time to move. I need to get my wife and daughter set up in a ranch home.

I just got my current house pretty dialed in, so of course we’re moving. Been here for 20 years. I’ve done so damn much to this place, it’s crazy. But it’s time to move on. With the new house, there will be much less yard work, covered outdoor space with a walkout basement and no Japanese Beatles. They even shovel the snow!!!

 

If I was picking one by the label alone, it would certainly be the one on the right....

1) Better graphics

2) The word Optimal is used in the MFR name along w/WANA... Hell yeah I wanna only buy 'optimal' products!!!

3) Hazard symbol warning label that it contains dope... must be good $hit!!!

4) Even the word Dream is used in the flavor's name

5) The only thing that would make it more betterer (from a marketing standpoint) would be a hot chick w/big tits, dressed up in a lab coat, so it appears that an actual Dr. is recommending them to me!!!

 

Ehhh... sounds to me like you've got 20 years of sweatequity built into that home...

It's a little older - 2011 with 230K on the clock. But it is loaded with goodies, upgrades, and runs great.

The previous owner had it undercoated every year so I did the same when I bought it - the frame and underbits look pristine.

I've changed the oil every 4k-5k miles. And all fluids changed regularly. All parts replaced with Toyota/OEM or better.

I'd like to get at least $20K for it. If I'm being honest, I have no idea if that's a reasonable/unreasonable price - I honestly never thought I would sell it.

 

that's what happens when your beer is basically water. You're having to drink to many to make it worth your while when it comes to night night time.

My neck is 19.5 inches. If I lay on my back and relax, I get constriction.

also, since you lift, learn to manage cortisol.
This sounds juvenile, but it is not. It gets harder to manage as we get older

learn to chill, you may think you are good at all the shit you do AND that you manage it well.

As we age, it takes skill to manage a good chill


Most folks, these days, can't sit for 10 minutes and look at a point on a wall. Shit, most can’t do it for 5 minutes
