If I had the attic space worth accessing for storage I would consider this: https://majicstairsinc.com/

I don’t have any flooring up there, so not really any usable storage space. Just an access point to the attic and ac ductwork. I just figured if I was going to replace the lid I might as well give it an upgrade with the attached ladder, but realistically it would hardly ever see much use.

One of our favorite decisions when we purchased the new house...

Beyond in love/jealous.... Looking forward to putting our floor in and one day enclosing it... for now, I am getting a quote for a 40' container dropped in for storage.

i think i'll redo the floors in the garage soon, but the floors in the shop will stay raw. i'm not too concerned about it since it's exactly that...a shop.
after paying for this, i'm kinda regretting not getting a couple containers dropped. :spending::frusty:

The concrete is why we havent done it yet. wrapping our barn is "cheap" enough, but 2200 sqft of concrete, plus the extra kick outs will be too much anytime soon.

I've been working out of containers for 5-6 years now, believe me, you do not regret that beautiful barn. As a matter of fact, if they will drop rates a little I might be following you into the debt land:rofl:
