Yeah, I’ve got an old pair of stands that would probably work just fine, but I don’t really wanna bank on “probably” since I have these solid chunks of wood laying around.

Finally made some progress today. Got UCA and coil over in on drive’s side. Took couple hours after work. I’m in no rush. Tomorrow I’ll probably do the other side and maybe move onto brakes.

Applied the vinyl decals to my wheels to see how I liked black. I’ve been going back and forth between black and dark gray for wheel color. I do like the black so may stay with it. IMG_5443.jpg

Also picked up some Bilstein 5100 front and 5160 rears from @Totmacher so need to get those installed soon.

The inferno pro grill has been back ordered all year so I’m thinking about picking up a different color if I can find one and having a body shop paint match it. The chrome front needs to go.

Edit: accidentally posted in the wrong forum, sorry y’all.

plasti-dip is good for choosing wheel color. if you don't like it, it's not that hard to peel off & change.

I’m finally done. Did couple hours after work yesterday and about 6-7 hours today. I was putting this off far too long, mainly because I didn’t wanna deal with removing bushings form rear springs. That kicked my fucking ass!!! Those +2 CB shackles are massive! And easiest part of the job were rear shocks

Anyone running a Volant CAI here? Does it actually seal into the fender? Or does it suck in hot air from the engine bay?

Replaced my water pump, tensioner, idler, and belt. Two days ago. Took me 5 hours taking my time.

Next I have a oem cv axle ordered, but it's on back order so who knows when I'll see it. Also I have the sealed SPC ball joints on the way to replace my worn out ones.

    Installed a swing case.
Cleared up space in the cab. Disappointed in the lock though. Easy to pop open. Will have to modify for better security. Nothing in it I am worried about losing so still a plus.

Put it off for a while but lately I've been building a GEP power distribution module for all my accessories and will use CH4x4 switches to keep an OEM look inside.

I've had trouble finding an auxiliary fuse panel mount or tray that meets my needs and debated making my own until I found this video showing a 'prototype' from runnin4tacos.
    upload_2025-8-25_6-58-1.jpg

After some emailing back and forth, they agreed to put some into production if I could get 4 other people. For anyone interested here is the group buy thread where I also compiled a list of similar products from other companies. Currently need two more to get the order going.

Got my Eibach coilovers on. Did a bunch of other suspension work a few weeks ago but waited on alignment 'til i had these bitches on, now I can finally get that done and drive 'er again to see if everything i did will actually make any difference. getting the passenger side seated was a PITA! dislocated the CV axle in the process but everything i read said just pop it back in and it's good to go
    :fingerscrossed:

What are your thoughts on these. Looking very nice. Anything you don't like? Reason I ask is I am looking to put some on and don't have the bank to do high cost ones but want something reasonable for the time being.
