    Thanks for the information. I just got finished reading the instructions on the Hayden site. Seems optimal to me…

    Truthfully I am putting in a cooler because of the larger tires I installed. The average temp went up about 10 degrees. I never hit 220ish or above at the pan with stock tires or towing. I just need it to get a little cooler than 217 cruising on the highway with my family virtually empty. I always hovered around 203.

    These are all the parts needed for the transmission cooler installation, were I to buy them on my own? The total is about $450 vs. the $1299 for the https://genuinecoolingsystems.com/products/15-row-full-kit . Thanks!

    Just returned from the trip to Down East Maine, towing a 2,000 lb travel trailer. Scan Gauge II was showing 240F for the ATF temperature. Now I want the cooler.

    Yes on the parts but you will have to either fab a bracket or get one from another source.I believe a member has been fabricating brackets for the install .PXL_20250525_003755256.MP.jpg

    Put a fan on it and it will always stay under 200 - ahhhh.
