Question on the shirt before I order one. Are they 100% cotton that will shrink or a blended material? Sometimes i'm a small, sometimes a medium if it shrinks at all or tighter fitting design

You could do that but it's not needed most of us wire into the factory items. 450pump and 750 cc injectors here for reference.

Like @reywcms stated it's really not needed. I had the 450 walbro wired with stock wiring, hardwired from battery and finally off a relay triggered by fuel pump module to retain rollover /accident shut off. Didn't notice an increase in pressure.

Says the guy with a blown up engine. I want to avoid that :D

I can go 81mm pulley and not replace any fueling items and just get do:
    1. 81mm pulley $100
    2. sniv remote tuning $300
And be far less likely to melt a piston, maybe.
    :spending:

Well my situations a bit different as my goal was to see the limits of the stock motor... and I drive my truck like I race it. We run a smaller pulley and the 340 pump and 650cc on another tundra and that by no means is it pushing its limits. My reference was in regards to the wiring upgrade not being needed but wouldn't hurt either.

I've installed a number of those setups and never upgraded the wiring. Usually people don't do the FPR either, though being able to crank the fuel pressure up is nice but potentially not needed.

Couple new parts in today, including the 1.880" pulleys @Mdl

    upload_2025-8-20_11-42-10.png

Luckily I still have a couple hubs left, because China Nick fucked all the hubs and made them out of aluminum instead of stainless steel:

    upload_2025-8-20_11-42-51.png

I think it's time to find a different machine shop, when he does good work it's great, but the last three orders have had issues, either anodizing being bad, engravings on the wrong parts, and now the wrong material. The anodizing is entirely out of my control, the engraving drawings have the exact part number and revision to match to the drawing (which also shows the engravings), and now the wrong material which is listed in the drawing, listed in the initial email, and even listed IN HIS QUOTE and ends up so wrong it doesn't even work. The pulleys luckily are all fine, but these are all just scrap parts. I'm sure he'll fix it, but I'm going to look at different manufactures now since either he or someone under him is missing some details that shouldn't be that easy to miss.

No, if I don't have the item in stock I don't let people order it, so no one is ever waiting and I have their money.

I wish I could sell these many pulleys, your expectations of Sniv Speed Shop size is a couple orders of magnitude too high :D Literally if I sell more than two pulleys a month I'm stoked. All of this should last me well into next year. This entire year my total orders, including tunes, is 48 orders. 17 of those are just this month due to everyone buying shirts and stuff. Remove the August outlier, that's 31 orders over 7 months, or an average of one order a week (including tunes, which is probably half or more). So actually sending hardware out is pretty rare. This is why I say Sniv Speed Shop doesn't pay the bills, it does better than break even don't get me wrong, but total revenue for a year is in the thousands of dollars.

If you want desk ornaments let me know, last week I was throwing out pulleys and hubs from previous orders that didn't meet tolerance. I felt bad throwing away hardware, but it had been on my desk for a year and was useless

Well at least I'll get the 1.88 pulley, aluminum gauge plate to replace my arcrylic one and a shirt, L. Maybe an engine rebuild after the 1.88:p

That's great to hear! I was concerned about that, on my very first one I built I had two additional pins that went down into the tray on the passenger side of the mount, but it was an absolute bitch to install. For this iteration I obviously removed those, and then went up to 1/8" steel to make it stiffer, with the hope that it would jam into the dash well enough and then get laterally retained with the push locks, but since I don't have a way to test drive that gauge I was going off a lot of hope!

Haven't touched them since April ish, Mike has one but we both have similar or different issues getting them to work correctly. The issue might still be the throttle blade sealing, but in some instances that's not an issue and the truck still doesn't play nice with them. They are functional, but not reliable and always throw a code (that sometimes doesn't do anything, sometimes puts the truck in limp mode). At this point I don't have a clear cut solution, which makes it difficult to put effort into them and then spend more money on more prototypes not knowing if a real fix has been implemented.

So until I get excited to work on them again, they're kind of dead in the water.

Going off this thread, it's probably the only medium that's been ordered lol
