Nice turn around on that wheel. It looks great.

Kinda off topic, but do you know the offset and width for these 18" pro wheels?

Not to high jack the thread, but I am a fan of semi-gloss (not wet looking) tires

Duracoat tire shine has been my go to for quite some time.
It’s washable and leaves the tires satin black for months on end, even being daily driven.

    I’ll snap a photo shortly.

I believe they are 60 like the stock TRD wheels.

I buy the big jugs of 303 multi surface cleaner. Only thing I use to do the interior.
I love how it smells. Smells like a boat interior to me. Some kind of marine smell, every time i smell it im flooded with memories of weekend boating as a child.
I definitely have neurons wired to this scent.

303 is my top interior cleaner.

I use those detail brushes then wipe with a damp microfiber. Then go over with a dry micro fiber. I don't really put dressing on the interior.

Maybe once a year ill put 303 protectant for UV purposes. Only once a year. Even though 303 isn't greasy, I just don't like anything on the interior

Correct and mostly why they aren't on my truck. Seen a wannabe clone recently here with a +25 from FNS iirc.

Full touch up was done weekend after Memorial Day. Since then it has been washed during normal washes.

Washed yesterday after a 750 mile road trip with multiple dirt roads to farms and vineyards. Rained half of the way home.

Still gives a nice satin look after all that.

I guess maybe so.. apparently it was FN not sure why the "s" was attached. A quick google search provided this sample in a +18, still a clone of sorts, no?...Edit: slightly different design, sort of opposite spokes.Screenshot_20250816-152837.png

Yeah, they've said they didn't want to do a direct clone because so many cheap Chinese wheels already do it, so it would be hard to get people to see the flow form is a better process. FN Wheels is on the forum, so you can get better details from them if you wish.

Maybe in the future you could get something like this for under the spare.

I just have trd wheels with a regular spare. I don't care if my spare gets crusty. But your TRD Pro wheels are the real deal and nice. If i had those trd pro wheels I'd get one of these covers.

the rocks that get kicked up under the truck do scuff up the wheels. My spare is fully beat up from street driving.

After following your thread, and seeing what happened with the wheel under the truck.

Consider one of these spare covers.
I like the part that covers the face of the wheel, for protection from rock chips. But I don't think I'd use the bag that covers the tire, seems like over kill.

How do your other 4 wheels look as far as finish. So cool that you didn't have to go be at the mercy of a rim repair place. They probably would have recommended refinishing. Looks near perfect to me now. But curious to what your other wheels look like

Or a nice rear bumper with swingout spare rack so one can hang other cool stuff in that space. Secondary power, onboard air, extra fuel, tools, train horns, etc. Lots of good real estate in that void if one is creative. I guess one could even make a bed floor door and have a cooler or stove in there. :monocle::welder:

    That is not cheap!

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/2556566273.../06ymnFEA460c2tmX2Jw7uvjpO|tkp:Bk9SR8rt2JWXZg

The rest of the rims are a bit shinier, the difference is barely noticeable

Maybe even take it one step further, and put some kind of gasket around the perimeter of where the plastic lid sits against the wheel face. So when the spare is tightened in place, there is a seal keeping dust and rocks out better

2 ft of some rubber gasket material glued down

Maybe use 2 lids and sandwich the tire between them

Thought of a variable you should add to the equation.

There's going to be heat down there. The plastic will get heat cycled.

Maybe go find a thicker piece of heavier duty plastic, so you won't have to replace it in a year or 2.

For sure it'll see exhaust heat, and then rocks are flinging at it constantly. Get something 1/4" thick

I will update this thread with the condition of my tub lid in a few months when I rotate.

Again I put mine more as an insulator between the rubber tire and the underside of the metal truck bed. I also put the spare finished side up facing the bed.

so it’s funny, I did the opposite with my steelie spare. I flipped it so it was face side out. I store some extra jack blocks and stuff inside the wheel.

Lid came, it's just big enough. Someone asked what the other wheels look like. Here's one.
