I have a 23 Tundra Palt. The front spoiler motor needs replaced to the tune of $1500. installed I'm going to remove the spoiler does any one have an idea on where to get the module to plug in so the computer will stop throwing codes. not spending $1500. on a useless part

    Thanks

I have a '24 and didn't need the CBI module. I installed a new bumper and just unplugged everything. No codes. Not sure if that's the same for the '23.

That said, I do still have the OEM aluminum bumper/motor sitting in my storage shed. If you can confirm its the right motor for your truck I'd be happy to send it to you if you want to pay for shipping.

Dumb question, what is the actual purpose of the front spoiler or what does it do?

    Gas mileage.

Deflects air around instead of under.

Its purpose is to make oil changes more difficult than necessary.

Seriously, they claim it's to improve fuel mileage, but I'm betting the gains aren't even measurable.

You're talking about Toyota who has been trying to get 0.XX% in MPG...every little bit helps.
