Low rpm then stalling.

    Well , Installed a new starter , truck ran fine for a few days until having low rpm’s resulting in stalling . I restarted and it happened again. And then would not start or turn over. Cleaned throttle body and installed 2 new injectors that were leaking after starter install. Not sure where to start. Battery is showing 12+ .. Any ideas?

    What brand did you use? I had major issues with non oem/felpro on those, but bad ones would cause backfires as well.

    Did you get the little washers for the fuel rail pulse damper back in the right order? That matters. A lot.

    All the vacuum hoses put back on and in the right spots?

    All injector and coil pack harnesses put back on firmly and correctly?

    That's about all I can think of right now.

    Big alarm bells for me:
    • Installed new equipment related to fuel/air delivery and cleaned throttle body, both of which cause a running/flow environment other than what your computer has learned over time. If you didn't remove your negative battery cable at some point, for at least 10 minutes, then you did wrong. You need to force the computer to relearn any time you touch anything related to air/fuel/spark delivery and/or monitoring. That means, any time you touch those things, disconnect the negative battery cable for 10 minutes, then reconnect, so the computer can learn inside its new environment, rather than trying to adapt to the old. Welcome to the joy of EFI engines, Electronic Fuel Injection is fun, isn't it?!
    • Installed new injectors because two were leaky. Injectors often have an o-ring, top and bottom, and sometimes a rubber boot at the tip. Sometimes an o-ring or rubber boot can be left behind when removing the old, and it becomes a problem when you re-install to that port. Or you may double up. All lead to leak-by. Or you may seat the injector poorly, causing a leak-by or blow-by condition.
    • You had the intake manifold off to do stuff. Did you disconnect any quick-connect fuel lines in the process? Not fully snapping together a fuel line, even the tiniest little leak, can lead to subpar fuel delivery, and would likely exhibit the conditions you're talking about.
    • Also, echoing what @bmf4069 said, because I know he had to replace his intake gaskets TWICE because he used cheaper aftermarket brands the first two times. If OEM gasket pricing is too high, Fel-Pro is and always has been (up to the time of this post, at least) a solid company for gaskets, there aren't many left. I think Fel-Pro will remain that way as long as they want to keep their reputation in the racing world intact.

    No codes? I’m guessing intake gasket or similar is the issue. Vacuum leaks

    It always fascinates me how a bad fuel cap can cause a check engine light, but a stalling motor and computer goes:

    Remember, OBD-II is only for emissions compliance. It doesn't actually give a fuck about the vehicle.
