Yeah, lots of fat, divorced, 3 kid, newly bi/lesbian/insufferable and entitled Karens with one side of their head shaved and with the hog ring in their noses.

You can keep your "opportunities" somewhere else. We don't need activist here. We need good people who are looking to get shit for free.

I do not put cream in my salsas and hot sauces; it was simply a recommendation for the Frito Pie eatin' folks that need a way to enjoy the flavor of a good green salsa or hot sauce w/o burning the shit out of their delicate palets...

No different than me saying, 'Hey, I don't float down a river on an inflatable boat in a class 4 rapid, but I'm gonna suggest that you probably put a freakin' helmet on'...

PS>>> The ONLY thing that belongs on 'brussels' is bacon and a nice balsamic glaze... :hattip:

Well I was gonna say some things about basically Thai 4/5 and habaneros for my liking. But then...
I found some similarly minded folks who summed it up already.

    I know right.

If I was G-EZ, I'd be looking in Provo...

I drove through Provo once, and good lord the quality of eye candy there...

Go look up the 3 highest population cities in Wyoming. Guess what you'll find.

    They're driving out the locals.

So, right in line w/this rant is what will soon be my new neighbor... :(

First and foremost we're happy that since some repairs and such were done to the roof during the inspection phase of their purchase, it would appear that they have no intention of building a second story, which keeps our ocean views intact...

However, when the wife was poking around the county website to see if we were going to end up w/an actual neighbor or a vacation rental property, she found that this new owner is some chick from CA who has apparently moved to OR because she wants to help improve the homeless situation here... :frusty:

She's going to be pleasantly surprised the first time she decides to open her mouth about how awesome SHE is and what SHE has come here to accomplish... blah, blah, blah!!!! I'll be the first to ask her why she chose to purchase a property in an area zoned R1 (rural), when she could have been so much more effective in understanding the struggles and real life day to day challenges of the homeless population of Portland and some of these other large metro areas; hell Seattle would be even better suiting for thos aspirations...

Meanwhile, I do find it funny that people like this never live in the large cities or in the heart of the where these types of problems actually are... I told the wife, I was going to go have a little 'welcome home' style sign made up saying, 'Welcome to Martha's Vineyard' and attach that above her front door before she moved in.... Wife said no to that one though :pout:

Sorry for getting ahead of myself and making assumptions. I concede that you only suggested it because Pace seems to be the limit for some folks.

That's only your cities. Wait to all the small towns aren't small anymore. Then you'll be over run.

I'm almost leaning the other direction on this topic...

I mean if the small town has tourist destination qualities, then sure it'll hyper populate or become so expensive it'll push us fixed income folks out of contention.

However, I believe that what we'll see is hyper and even over populating large metro areas, and you'll have 'master planned communities' where folks are excepted to handle all requirements of their lives within their community 'sector'...

Those of us in the outskirts will lose the ability to maintain quality of life due to reduction or price of services and be forced back into larger cities to financially survive...

Then the small, what were once, pleasant towns will become giant pockets of wasteland... :tumbleweed:

Whatever this forum told me to do
the gravity of socialized healthcare will be the prime factor of the over populating large metro areas

if you look at present day....this is what you see.

wherever free shit is doled out...you can be sure the "takers" will be there.

it's a damn shame most fixed income folks HAVE to rely on Gov healthcare.
    they suffer the most.
as they worked for the benefit....most have not.
    Medicare vs. Medicaid.

if you squint just a wee bit...you can see then plan.

the remedy....you can vote if you:
    pay taxes
do NOT receive Gov assist. (SS is excluded)

    Speaking of which...

I know you've posted this information in another thread, but I'm old, on a fixed income, and rather not spend time searching for it...

Can you post a link or info on the pump do-hickey thingy you use to fill your transmission will?? So far, that seems to be the slickest of all set-ups, and I'm getting ready to do the tranny cooler install on the '21 Pro and since it's hitting 30k and the system will be cracked open anyone, it will be getting its first drain n fill anyhow...

Thank you in advance for your prompt response :hattip:

I like a notch or two above that, but not much. Usually go for the "medium" salsa.
I want to taste my food.
Hot sauce is an enhancement, not the main event.

Also realize: I grew up in MN, where using "spicy" brown mustard in your potato salad is generally considered too spicy.
Scandihoovians and Germans aren't real big on "hot".
