Tires, TRD aluminum Skid Plate, 14 inch screen protector, and X15 Tonneau cover.
After reading and researching, the more offset plus or minus rather than OEM, your chances of rub or contact increases in the front wheel wells. With +25, you "might" be safe without taking that inner well bracket off. It also depends on the width of new rims.

Just a heads up for anyone who may be interested. There might be a group buy this week for some FN wheels. This thread https://www.tundras.com/threads/fn-fx-wheels-who-is-interested.160410/page-3#post-3995404 link should take you to the post about the group buy.

Honestly, I'm pretty interested in these and I'm hoping others might be so we could possibly get the numbers to get them produced. I did ask in that thread if colors besides the matte black would be an option for 3rd gens if we got the interest/deposits. I'd really love to get the matte bronze or the dark gunmetal.

Anyway, if you are interested in there, please quote that post about it and let Dustin know!

I definitely like the style, but the lead time is a long time to wait for wheels

I guess showing pics of the wheels would help get some interest. Here is the design, but it would be a different offset (+28) for the 3rd gens version. Dustin posted several with different center caps. Start in this post and scroll down https://www.tundras.com/threads/fn-fx-wheels-who-is-interested.160410/page-3#post-3995406 or just look at the images I copied here.

If he included other styles in there at that price I would be all over it.
I was originally hot for the BFD 6 spoke in 18X9+20 offset in bronze, but when the time came to order they were out of stock for a LONG time. :(
I ended up with different wheels that I'm "OK" with, but would still make a move if the price was right.

Yeah, the offset on those is too aggressive for my taste. I don't like slinging the rocks down the side of my truck.

I'm at +12 offset with my current wheels, but also have RokBlokz and soon to have slightly wider flares. (I think we PM'ed on this.)
The flares aren't really necessary with the RokBlokz on there. No rock slingage/ paint chipping. And I've been down a LOT of gravel roads.

Indeed, you did share info via PM. I don't have the rokblokz yet, and would be totally fine with the stock offset. I realize that most people buy more aggressive, though.

I can't help but wonder if there aren't more people like me that would upgrade their wheels if there were offset options closer to stock. Probably not. I'm likely just in the minority of wheel buyers.

I'm thinking about going with these (Arena Wheel Co - Hustle #A109) on my 25' Smoked Mesquite 1794, thoughts:

As much as I like the dark bronze, I'd personally go for something that adds a little contrast to the truck. If your truck were Lunar Rock, MGM, Black, or White, I'd say go for it. Bronze on the Mesquite just doesn't pop enough, IMO.

There's the every popular all black wheels or, if you wan to tie into the trim strip on the door, a nice gunmetal or silver wheel would really stand out.

Yeah, I keep flip-flopping on staying all black or trying something new with the bronze! Thanks for the sanity check! I pretty much agree with everything you said :)

Here's the Satin/Glossy Black version for reference:

Honestly, with the mass number of black wheels out there, going with a silver will really make it stand out. Totally understand if it's not your thing, but the chrome accents on your truck would really tie it in.

Then again, here's a mesquite truck with bronze. Maybe not the same bronze, though. https://www.beckmastensouth.com/inv...imited-rwd-crew-cab-pickup-5tfja5ab2px020833/

In the end, it's really only going to matter if you like it.

I don't think I would like silver too much to be honest and I'm also in the early stages of de-chroming the 1794 and hope to be done with that this fall (then I'll decide on lift/wheels/tires). Maybe I'll just do different colors for all 4! Ha! Appreciate the links/pics! Thank you!

Looks like the wheels you want are available, but they're not at the GB pricing.

Yep, I saw that, but since I already have wheels I'm gonna hold for now. Thanks.
I might take advantage if FN puts them on GB pricing at some point.
They're a few pounds lighter and 6 spoke, instead of 15. Much easier to clean!

Honestly, based off the talk in the GB thread, I wouldn't hold my breath for that. They're only doing it now as an incentive to get the new wheels into production, and said they probably won't be able to do this kind of pricing again in the future.

If you want them, they likely won't be any cheaper if you wait. Besides, you can sell your current wheels to help cover some of the cost!

Its a but much on the offset I think...going to keep looking for something closer to 10...

+10 offset will stick out further than +25 and be more likely to rub. Stock offset for most 3rd gen wheels is +60 and everything lower than that moves the wheel further out.

The closer you get to "0" zero offset, the more poke you're going to have.
I'm at 18X9 with +12 offset and wider than stock mud flaps are an absolute necessity if you don't want rock chips.
I'm also going to do slightly wider wheel arches/flares for the same reason.

Hmm, I'm confused by your statement...perhaps I'm thinking of poke backwards. I was under the impression more positive offset more poke...?

...what is the offset on the stock wheels?

Lower the number the more poke. Stock is +60mm.

Offset and Backspacing are two different methods of measuring the same thing. (Where the hub face is.)

Offset is the distance from wheel centerline to mounting hub face. Measured in millimeters.
Backspacing is distance from back edge of rim to the mounting hub face. Measured in inches.

I don’t have any complaints with them. Went on a 600mile round trip and there wasn’t any terribly noticeable road noise.

275 rubbed one time and that was pulling out of discount tire.

Which pro replicas are you looking at? Lots of them get the look, but still go with a lower offset. I think, and could be wrong, that the stock Pro offset for the current gen is something like 47.5mm.
