    I got a text from my uncle yesterday and he needs help getting my grandmothers home and land ready to sell in ND. The 1200 acres will sell itself, but I need to talk to him about the price. It's prime farm land but it's also prime mineral land for the oil companies. Looks like I will be heading up there soon enough. That is such a long drive.

    It is nice here, I'm originally from NY state (not the city) so I enjoy going your way around snow time and my wife who's is from Tn. doesn't care for driving in the snow but loves looking out at the mountains and seeing the snow covered tops!

    The novelty of snow wears off fast after 3' of snow and one's balls are shriveled up inside you for hours. (As you know living in NY state)

    A tractor is very much required where I live...if you want off the property anytime in the next week after the last snowflake.

    :rofl:I understand completely about it getting old, but as little snow as we get here its almost amusing! I get we dont have the equipment like the northern portion of the States but we get a flake hit the ground it about shuts down at least a 200 mile radius, the roads and snow covered parking lots are empty and I feel like a kid in a candy store that's been on a sugar free diet:rofl:
