There’s definitely a very small intersection of people that practice law and people that I like.

My truck and I agreed it would never go back to a dealership.

no experience with Desert - Pre Toy is incompetent at best.

Always wet. They save the dry torquing for the invoice.

the van has something loose/broken in the sliding door, maybe from transport, IDK, but ya, I have a warranty so Im not fixing that myself.

but I still do dealer service for everything, I just dont have the desire to do it.

my tundra is due for oil soon, so hopefully they can manage that without too much of an issue.

That said, I am coming from an outstanding dealer where they took care of everything no problems.

so Ill call desert yota I guess from what you guys are telling me

ya, 10 year 125 on the van and still the 3/36 on the tundra, I'll likely get the 10/125 on that too before the 3/36 goes away

When Mason backed into the 200, they quoted me like 2.5 months to do the estimate... not sure if that's changed but I went to a collision repair center that ordered a new fender from Toyota. It was fixed a month and a half before the date for the estimate at PreToy. Good enough for me.

Never buy from Desert, you will get the full car salesman BS, but their service dept. is legit, I have had good luck with them. Precision, as mentioned however, has a good body shop. For an example, when the shithead on a bicycle ran a stop sign and hit my truck, not only did they only use Toyota parts for the repair, they even replaced my headlight with the 2018+ LED ones that I had installed rather than the halogen my 2014 came with, no extra charge to me, even though insurance called for aftermarket crap.

thanks for checking in , truly appreciate that

    we are doing good

just did my first cooking tonight , fired up the charcoal grill and did some sausages for pasta and did some grilled garlic bread

we then just sat outside , idk man, I like the heat , but I don’t have to go outside until I want to so I’m very blessed .

daughter did well in her first week of school , so that’s huge

It was 109 or something I think , it didn’t find it that bad, but I just stayed inside until later in the afternoon.

so far, I love this place , the house is nicer than anything I thought I would ever have, so I’m really enjoying it

watching my dodgers at a reasonable hour at the moment which is nice too , not on so late

the damn wall is more money than I was anticipating so I’m working through that.

but all in all , this is great, got my new license and plates in the mail so I’m official , now just need to sell my old house , it’s been on the market two weeks and have an open house tomorrow so we’ll see if that does anything

    thanks for asking !
