That's pretty much the only foods I don't care for right there
My wife said it looks amazing, she loves tomato's, zucchini and the word lasagna

 

made it. took a nice nap around noon, woke up at 1245 ready to go home. still hurts, prob worse than going in, but they said might take 1-3 days to kick in

 

Post in the recipe thread as well. That will be ambrosia for my wife. She loves all kinds of squash.

I did forget about the wheels for just a sec, lol. You don’t even want to know what appears below that ad for me as sponsored suggested FB posts. It’s a bunch of 40-60 YO women in string bikinis. I don’t know what happens if I click on them.

I LITERALLY have no friends on FB, I just joined two months ago to sell a trampoline. Nobody wanted it.

 

Not on any social media either, but if I had seen your add, I might have jumped on it.

I wake up at about 1730 hours and generally will consume one TCP (3 shots);

If I get up early (before 1600 hours), I will consume (2) TCPs (6 shots);

I then will have another TCP about 2 hours before bed (and just before my last dog run)...

The rest of the day is strictly water... (unless it's a whiskey day before bed in which case it'll only be about 2 fingers), but either way no less than 90ozs but generally closer to 120ozs water each day!!!!

 

So what did she have done???

Banana Now and Laters are the only thing that should be banana flavored... other than a banana

 

I'd eat some of that...

without cheese of course!!!!

My wife said I could do Parmesan. I guess it’s fairly low in cholesterol.

 

I have some Tacoma stuff to sell still. Also Rockymounts bike trays and Yakima bars. I need to get on it.
