4HI light stuck flashing. When I start up the truck and it's in 4HI, I am able to switch between 4HI and 4LO. The problem however is I am unable to switch to 2WD. I checked all the fuses and they're good. I am a novice mechanic and need help

Does the light stop flashing or always flashes when in 4hi or 4lo

When the light flashed for me it was hung up between 4 hi and 4lo
Wheels have to be stright and drive under 45 to 4 hi
4 lo had to be put in neutral to engage was my experience if that didn't work check 4x4 actuator make sure you can hear it engage

Dumb question, but have you tried driving it forward and backward some? Sometimes throwing it in reverse will get it out of 4HI.

Front right wheel sensor code popped up. Nothing regarding 4WD unless that affects it?

That will defiantly cause the 4wd light to flash but usually accompanied by many other lights vsc, trac, etc
