This weekend I had both my rear door locks stop working. The passenger rear only locks and unlocks manually. Driver rear does unlock via fob and power door locks, but in order to lock we have to manually lock it. Front doors work perfectly fine, unsure what the problem could be, just odd that both went out at the same time. Has anyone experienced this?

Only thing that I have recently done to the truck is an eibach lift, uca's and wheels/tires, could it be possible that the added stiffness from the suspension caused something to come loose/undone with the wiring? I do travel through some pretty bad roads on the way to work. I did have an issue early on where my drivers power seat went out due to a connector coming undone, so maybe? :notsure:

Regardless I will be at the dealership tomorrow, hopefully its an easy fix.

any news? My passenger rear stopped working. Can’t even manually unlock, as it appears something is loose or broke off.

Pull the switch panel out the door and check to make sure the rear switches are plugged in.

Battery reset causes tons of stupid issues. I’ve had to disconnect power for several reasons and maybe 20% of the time something stupid stops working after. Windows buttons, Door locks, auto wipers.

door wiring is inside the cab so unless someone pulled the floor rail panels coming from the front of the cab, to tap into power i dont see what could have caused it.

could be a faulty BCM (since they are tied into the master window switch panel) for central locking and maybe causing an issue?

Sorry for the late response, they had to replace both my rear door lock actuators. They said it was an internal mechanical failure as the actuators both received power but response would fade and then no response from the actuators. Got them both changed under warranty and I am good to go now.

Took my truck in today and the cable on the door latch popped out. Fixed.

but it also was in for the driver lumbar button not working. They confirmed, ordered part but when I picked up the truck it was working. Possibly the battery disconnect for the door repair?

    weird
