I was trying to get some feedback, I want to put some Nitto Terra Grappler G3 tires on my stock 2023 tundra platinum, it would be on the stock 20-inch rims and has the stock non AVS suspension, but I wanted to go a little bigger so a 275/65/R20. I was trying to find out if this size would fit and not cause any rubbing. Since I was trying to find out as much as possible because I do not want to buy the tires and then they rub. If anyone can let me know if they know this tire size would be ok. Thanks

That’ll fit without rubbing and no lift. Plenty of stock tundras run bigger than that and have no clearance issues on the stock rims.

Rubbing won't be a problem but just be careful to make sure the larger tires are recommended for the stock wheel width. I wanted to put 285s on my stock TRD OR 18" x 7.5" wheels, but Michelin says the minimum recommended wheel width for these is 8". Tire Rack and maybe others provides this information in their data tables. I am not sure how wide the 20" stockers are.

Put 275 65 r20 Toyo Open Country AT3 EV's on my 2025 Tundra platinum Hybrid and they work great.

Is this on the stock rims and no trd package correct? You don't have any rubbing especially at lock to lock? Just want to make sure

I have the stock platinum rims and what I found they are the same width (8.5 in) as those trd rims

Good to know. I bought my 24 used. It has some 275/65/R20 Michelins. I figured they were stock and hoping they would wear out soon so I can get bigger tires. These dont fill out the wheelwell much.

I may go bigger in the future but the 275/65/R20s should be good enough for now if they come out good

Nice. The 8.5" width gives you plenty of options with the 20" wheels. I wish my 18" ORs were at least 8".

I run 285/60r20 KO3s on my stock limited wheels. Zero clearance issues and looks killer IMHO.
