Hey everyone I was installing bumpershellz front bumper covers(bad idea) and a piece came off the driver side and I’m trying to figure out where it goes. It’s parts number 53883-0C040. I don’t know where it goes or the orientation of it and I can’t get one of the screws to screw back in. My OCD is working overtime. Any help is appreciated. I tried to attach a photo but I’m having trouble.

Never mind lol. I just watched the video but unlike him I did hear a crackle and pop☹️. The bottom screw in the wheel well area will not screw in. I’m assuming I could just glue it back? I don’t really want to but if that’s the only fix then that’s completely fine. Thank you again for the help! I appreciate you.

The first 2 times I removed that part, I broke it and replaced it on both sides.
They are very easy to break.
I would just order new ones since you stated an OCD issue...:thumbsup:

Seems to be a different part number depending on whether you have the off-road package or not.
Find your part number and shop around for the best price with shipping.
Probably find it cheaper than Sparks, I just used them for an example.

Thank you again! Interesting enough is the part on my truck is for a non off road but mine is a TRD off road package. Wondering if this area has been touched before on my truck. I bought it April of last year and it had 18,000 miles on it and was a lease return and now I’m worried it’s been messed with before.

Everything still seems intact on it but just came off when I removed the liner and since I put everything back together temporarily I can’t see how it’s installed and one screw won’t even screw in all the way on the wheel well area closest to the outside and it’s the bottom screw. Should have taken my time
