    Alot of them
They have a 5 year warranty. Send them pics and they may replace them pretty quick.

Monitored transmission temps again today on the 2.5 hr drive to the family cottage.

76° outside. Towed my boat and a bed full of firewood. Sweet spot was 73moh in S5. The pan never cracked 220° and highest TC I saw was 225°.

Feeling much better about this than the last time. Obv it was much cooler out and I was driving much slower.

I'll see what my unloaded #s are when I return home for work without the firewood and boat this week.

If you are still wanting more temperature reassurance, I suggest looking into the PML transmission pan...you gain more quarts of fluid and the I think the fins actually do help in creating a lower operating temperature...

Did you go this route vs transmission cooler? Or both?

Finally fixed my hood bulge. I had ordered one through Toyota about three months ago, I got an email yesterday from Toyota that "they didn't know when it would be available and that they were going to cancel my order". Earlier this week, before Toyota canceled the order, I ordered an aftermarket one off Ebay with hopes to hold me over.

It fit pretty well, not perfect! BUT it color matches!

Old one broke in West Oklahoma when a semi-truck sent a gust of wind into my front in. Snapped the two bolts holes on the end and a couple of the pushpins in the middle. I taped it up, just to keep the wind out and to keep it from popping up.

I have a 2014 and it came with the tranny cooler before the 2019 factory removing of the OE cooler...I have the PML deep pan, yes, paired up with the WAT VB upgrade...it seems to be about 10-20 less in temperatures with the update but I'm not certain which is showing off more...

I've only towed a few times, light trailers with a car on for about 100 miles...I was around 200° the entire time and dipping to the 190°s when empty...over rolling hills at 80 mph +. I was surprised to see the temps this low - but these were only 70-80° days, so I'm not sure if it's been taxed enough to truly see temperature improvements...I have a 3k mile road trip coming up where I'll have a constant load of around 600lbs moving about 75-85 mph up to 7800 ft...I'll have a better understanding after the trip, but 600lbs isn't a weight worth blabbing about. I just know my regular driving temps are 200° or below while before they were 200° and above...

Out with the newer in with the original pos headlights. At least now I can dim the lights. The Morimotos craped out, the flasher relay of theirs disabled my towing lights, that was another pain in the rear. Going to look into the 2018 trd pro led lights. At this point I'm done with Morimotos.20250801_223754.jpg

Thanks, I called stillen directly and asked if I could order just the radiator shroud, snorkel tube, rubber tubing piece and clamps. I think for the parts, tax and shipping was around $100. Then I went to my local hardware store and found a flange similar to what they use on the SABM kits to fit the rubber tubing piece, lined everything up to find where to cut the hole. Cut the hole in the air box and mounted the flange with JB Weld plastic bonder. Let it cure and mounted everything up. Screenshot_20250802_082625_Amazon Shopping.jpg

I had the same thing happen to my 2015 in Nebraska on a two-lane highway. Luckily, none of the bolt areas broke and only two pushpins let go. I was able to reset the pins and continue on my way.

Front end alignment in the driveway. Lesson learned: don't replace a tie rod end, assuming you'll get in for an alignment right away. 8/15 was first appointment, so got it close.

96 degrees out, so after I finished, I mowed the yard. My neighbors think I'm nuts. I think they're weak.
