    Maybe the lock down point for a slide in camper. They typically have brackets that mount to the frame that allow you to ratchet the slide in camper down to.

    I have a 2018 but have never seen that lol. It looks like an exhaust gasket thats been rust welded to your frame lol. Sorry I couldnt be of much help but had to make that comment lol

    That frame is crusty. You check all the important areas and make sure it’s still safe to drive? Looks like it’s delaminating in that pic.

    I thought they looked like exhaust ports Myself !! I had My Mechanic check the truck out before I bought.
